I don't eat a whole lot of red meat, and I don't go out of my way to eat anything fatty. I don't eat ice cream, I don't consume that much bad stuff...
Only three habitual things I can think of: (1) I do have a weakness for some candies and cookies, (2) I don't exercise nearly enough, (3) I don't eat nearly enough vegetables or fruits. But that can't account for it all; some of this is just genetic.
You're skinnier than a rail, too. :) That makes a difference.
